EXTRA PLUG ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

NORMAL ORDERING PROCEDURE  (1 to 3 weeks)

1.) Send $30.00 per plug (US Funds only).  

2.) Cashier's Check or Money Order - for fastest turn around (allow 1 week).
      Personal Check (allow up to 3 weeks).

3.) Include an extra $10.00 extra per plug if we are shipping to Canada or Mexico.

4.) The code number.  If you do not have or lost your plug order card, you may find the code number in either of the following two places.
    a.) The code number is stamped on the removable male plug located (between the inside pins) on the plug itself. 
    b.) The code number is also stamped on the face of the female receptacle located (between the rivets) that is mounted in the vehicle. 
   
5.) Copy of your drivers license.

6.) Copy of the vehicle registration that the RAVELCO is installed in.

EMERGENCY ORDERING PROCEDURE (next day)

1.) Send $60.00 per plug (US Funds only) overnight (UPS or FEDEX ONLY - DO NOT USE U.S. MAIL FOR OVERNIGHT) together with $35.00 for next day air shipping back to you.

       $95.00 Total for 1 plug - $155.00 Total for 2 plugs - $215.00 Total for 3 plugs

2.) Cashier's Check or Money Order Only.

3.) Include an extra $25.00 for freight if we are shipping next day to Canada or Mexico.

4.) The code number.  If you do not have or lost your plug order card, you may find the code number in either of the following two places.
